Malaga breaks the barrier of 46,000 homes sold in a year, 80% second-hand

The province of Malaga has registered this year - with a few days to go until it ends and with the notaries still open - "almost 46,000 real estate transactions for the sale of homes, nine thousand of them, new construction and the rest, a total of 36,423 , second-hand" explains in SER Málaga, José Antonio Pérez, professor at the Real Estate Business School

One in two houses are bought in Malaga for cash, compared to the proportion one in four from the rest of the country" details
